If everything id wired correctly.....sounds like cold solder joint. 90% of the time it can be solved by resoldering the connections untill the noise vanishes. Another MAJOR culprit is the solder joint at the trem hook and or the input jack also. Jacks are usually the 1st thing I look at due to the amount of times shit gets plugged in and unplugged. Over time they get on PMS and give ya a headache. Joints there tend to get weak over time. They get real moody when you start moving wires around. Big thing with soldering: heat the connection for a few seconds 1st, then add solder until it "flows". There should be no bubbles or black residue. Just a shiny silver finish. Hope I helped
