i think i got my Furman for around 100. Its got lights on it too so you can see everything in your rack when the stage is dark. You can get cheaper one with no lights....but you must have lights.

i could always buy it down there and carry it on my way back...
im already seeing myself @ customs "have anything to declare, drugs, alcools, weapons ov steals or other illegal things ?? " "I got two bottles of bourbon.... that's pretty much it" "oh and what is in this huge box?" "Ehhhhh welll, ehhhhh my powerconditionner..." "what for?" "ehhhhhhhRRRRRRRRRmmm for my amp, sir " "so you got to pay 15% taxes on your 3000$ pûrchases " "FUCK NOES ! "

Bringing this thread back to life, how exactly do they work? You plug the PC in the outlet, and then all your gear into PC? So if i buy one from the internetz it wil be Usa standard, some 120 volts, and here the standard is 220 or 230 volts. IF I get one, will one converter thus be enough? Would it also be wise to use a voltage converter or would it be better to find a PC running on 230volts (that would be more expensive though)? Sory for noob questions, but I have a great experience with electronics and voltage in particular and want to make sure I dont fuck anything up again

Yeah but that was when I was a kid. The whole 400 apartment house's electricity went down as well But I was referring to when I fried my first amp, and that was FRUSTRATING. Repair was also 50% of the amps price lolz. Also I have a tendency to break things, more like, electrical things break when I am in proximity
