Sixteenths at 240 is all you need to make shred music. What's the difference between 240 and 280? Not much, to most ears.

i always hated this song... but yeah the guy is fast as fuck (at 280 it starts to get real fast id say) i wouldnt say its sloppy. lacks dynamics or something, might be youtube's compression tho

fark. My metronomes don't even get that fast... but why is it always "flight of the bumblebee" in all these Guinness records.

Because it's so much easier to play chromatics than 3NPS diatonic stuff. And people have this idea that Flight of the Bumbledick is so farking hard to play.
