So it's time to replace the clamping blocks in my saddles. The only problem is three of them have cracked and are now jammed inside the saddles. One of them won't even move to unclamp the string.
Has anyone had this problem before? I've tried a few things to get the bastards out of there but nothing seems to work. I'd really prefer not to have to replace three saddles at the moment.

I am not sure if all FR's have a hole in the bottom of the saddle but if you can dismantle the bridge and take those saddles out you may have a solution there. Just push those mother bitches out.

Sorry to say......youll have to take the saddles off and "tap" the clamps out. The thing I would do..... just replace all 6 (or 7 if ya have a 7 stringer) with brand new saddles. May as well get the best quality saddles you can if you plan on keeping the guitar. That way you wont have to deal with the prob ever again.
If you realy must just fix the 3......Egay is about the best place to look for parts.
Maybe your local tech has some saddles laying around?

I will be replacing all 6 saddles at some point, but money is a little tight at the moment. The cheapest quality saddles I've found have run $13+ a piece.
I've taken the saddles off before and did not notice a hole. There's a piece of brass (?) covering the bottom. I'll take it apart again though and see if there's anything I missed. It needs a good lube job anyway.

The bolt used to lock the string at the bridge.....if you take that out and the small allen head bolt in front of the saddle...without the string on it, the saddle itself will come out as a unit. If the insert is rusted, it wont fall out. Heres where light tapping comes into play. Once its out, clean and deburr it with emery cloth or steel wool....lightly oil it and replace the saddle. Most times all a cleaning is needed but if its really worn...replacement is needed or you'll still have the same prob ya started with.
You're lucky ya have a floyd. Try finding parts for a Kahler 2700 that aren't complete garbage hahaha.

Thanks for the tips. I'll give it a go again as soon as I can grab some replacements from StewMac. Knowing the condition of the ones that did fall out, I don't think I can salvage the others.
