It's been awhile the knobs have been removed Forever, more control on the volume. and tone isn't even wired. (maybe I should just wire it to the neck pup but what the hell) As for OFR, this guitar doesn't really worth it tbh.

it can also be that the lfr doesnt have the same dimensions as an ofr, i have seen people with this problem, and the only way to fit an ofr is to CLEAR SOME WOOD and who is gonna do that to his guitar

It's a seven-string Moser Bastard V with a Kahler.
TOTAL FUCKING WIN. DO WANT RIGHT NOW.
It'd probably cost about $1600+ to get the bolt-on version that's right there. :\

I dont see how you all break the heads off. I've stripped them before, but never broke 1. I disassemble every guitar I buy, clean and lube ( I even repack the tuners if they're the cheapies).
The Kahler on the Tracer was problematic at 1 time too. It had 1 stripped lock before I got my hands on it and I just went to a Fastenall distributor and got the correct bolt, soaked in in Coke for a week ( to replicate the decay and pitting) and it was a perfect match.
The tuning instability was cured by filing and polishing both the knife edge and the post seats.
LOVE that POS.
I hav'nt come across a floyd with near as many issues.

yeah they said that my saddle breaking was probably from a defect in the metal (unlikely bc it should have happened sooner) or it may have been overtightened before and the pressure caused a change in the metal's integrity (highly likely because i've had the jackson since i was a floyd n00b)
